In 2020, Leks team represented a real estate development company on a legal dispute on securities transaction in an arbitration institution. Some of the securities held as collateral were forcedly sold by the stockbroker. We argued that the forced sale was against the law and it should be considered as null and void. The panel of Arbitrators supported our legal argument and declared that the forced sale was against the law, considered as null and void, and should be returned to its owner.

Leks&Co is recommended on commercial dispute resolution by Legal500 and asialaw Profiles.
