We are proud to announce that our CEO and Managing Partner, Dr. Eddy Marek Leks, FCIArb, has been admitted as one of the arbitrators at the LAPS SJK (Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa Sektor Jasa Keuangan). LAPS SJK is an out-of-court dispute resolution agency established by three Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs) and 19 associations within the financial services sector to do the alternative dispute resolution.
LAPS SJK provides services on mediation, binding opinion, and arbitration. SJK can resolve dispute between consumer of financial product of the financial services entrepreneur registered and licensed by OJK. In addition, those disputes are not disputes that are being resolved or have been resolved by a court of law, arbitration, or other alternative dispute resolution institution and it should be within the context of commercial case. His admission underscores our commitment to excellence and our ongoing dedication to contributing to the betterment of dispute resolution in Indonesia and across the region.
Eddy M.
