Jakarta, May 2024. We are glad and proud to announce that our Dr. Eddy M. Leks has been certified as Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
CIArb is an international centre for excellence for the practice and profession of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). CIArb’s membership is over 17,000 across 149 countries and supported by an international network of 42 branches. It also acts as a global hub for practitioners, policy makers, academics and those in business.
Our Dr. Leks has been registered as Member of CIArb for some time. He then upgraded his membership to Fellow through training on law practice and procedure of international arbitration, law of obligations (common law and civil law perspective) and international arbitration award writing as a sole arbitrator in 2023. Fellowship is the senior CIArb membership grade. It is a mark that Dr. Leks has been trained and tested to a globally recognized high standard.
