Our CEO and Managing Partner, Eddy Leks, will be a speaker in a legal workshop on land, condominium, and real estate acquisition that will be held on 18 April 2017 at Hotel Santika Premiere, Jakarta. The workshop is organized by Kontan Academy.
The event, which will start at 09.00 until 17.00 WIB, will be divided to 4 sessions. The first session will discuss about basic agrarian law and the example of landdispute. The second session will discuss about condominium law from the developer’s perspective and the example of the dispute over condominium association establishment. The third session will discuss about legal due diligence and real estate acquisition. And the last session will discuss about the simulation over shares acquisition.
The workshop is highly recommended for anyone who wants to know real estate law, since the participants will understand various type of land rights, certificated land and not-certificated land, the legal strength of a certificate, and land law system. Further the participant will know the condominium concept, the difference between condominium ownership and other land rights, condominium development requirements, the uniqueness of condominium, rights and obligations of condominium developer, matters to be aware of by developers.
